IJTEL Young Researcher Special Issue CfP and CfR

with 3 comments

At the JTEL Summer School, I was invited to a guest editorial board of the International Journal of Technology Enhanced Learning (IJTEL). The puropse of this board is to edit a special issue that is directed at junior researchers in TEL.

Today, I am very excited to present to you the Call for Papers and the Call for Reviewers for the IJTEL Young Researcher Special Issue. This issue is special in many ways:

  • It is open to all junior researchers (post-graduate students, PhD students, post-docs) working in research related to technology-enhanced learning in both academia and industry.
  • Authors are especially encouraged to submit a ‘visionary’ article, i.e. one that describes fresh ideas, motivations, impacts and efficiencies or ideal outcomes of research and argues why they are important.
  • In the reviewing process, junior reviewers and experienced reviewers will work together in teams. Experienced reviewers will act as mentors for their junior colleagues.

We are looking forward to your contributions! Thanks to Ambjörn Naeve and Fridolin Wild for this possibility and for their ongoing support!
